    • Old ASB Meets New ASB:

      • Predecessors and successors spend time together discussing timelines and responsibilities.
      • They share documents, exchange contact information, and discuss best practices.
    • Passing the Torch Ceremony:

      • Previously done as a candle lighting exchange, it has evolved into the “Pass the Flower” tradition.
      • Each outgoing leader presents a rose to their successor, symbolizing the passing of wisdom, leadership, and responsibility.
